Cut out the decal as close to the chosen image as possible 2. Soak the decal in a small bowl of water for 30 seconds 3. Pick up the decal (you can use tweezers) and place it on your finger (or you can place it on a stamper) 4. Slide to release the decal from the white backing 5. Carefully place the nail decal onto the nail 6. Once you are happy with the position dab the excess water off the decal 7. A rubber ended cuticle pusher can be used to VERY gently rub out any air bubbles 8. Allow to dry thoroughly and seal with a good quality clear topcoat (use a gel topcoat or clear acrylic for a longer lasting finish) 9.
